Continuity Planning and Operations Concepts Specialists, Inc.
Turning
negative events into positive outcomes
Operations Concepts
Service Description
If you need new or
upgraded control, coordination and communication processes and procedures for a
new or existing emergency operations center, this service will provide them.
The resulting operations plan, which will be based on the recovery plan,
will identify who must receive what critical information and how and when that
information is to be communicated.
This service can be expanded to include the
development of a disaster recovery plan if desired. Such a plan is more
comprehensive than a contingency plan. It is focused on a specific
operation or system within an organization, and is geared towards the full,
long-term recovery of that operation. This is in contrast to contingency
or operations plans that have a more immediate and shorter term focus.
Key Benefits

responsibilities for emergency communications, control, and coordination for
your particular organization and culture.

will work when required.
