On November 7th Continuity Planning and Operations Concepts
Specialists, Inc. (CPOCS) Dr. William G. Chadick and Dr. Michael H. Flanagan
incorporated CPOCS in Colorado as a continuity and operational concepts planning
company. CPOCS will focus on continuity planning for commercial organizations,
as well as for city, county, state, and federal governmental agencies. It will
also develop concepts of operations for emergency operations centers.
