Service Description
Over
time, as circumstances change and staff rotations occur, continuity and
contingency plans and operational concepts need to be brought up to date and
additional plan testing and training may be warranted. CPOCS stands
ready to assist in these areas by offering periodic plan updates, plan
validation and testing, and training services. Generally such services
are provided semi-annually or annually.

Services, CPOCS team members are available telephonically and through the
e-mail, at no additional charge, to provide limited guidance and answer
questions concerning the development and execution of contingency plans
and procedures. |

to provide immediate longer term planning or emergency operations
assistance for special projects. |
 |
As a team courtesy CPOCS
maintains contact with organizational continuity and contingency planners
to exchange ideas and keep them attuned to some of the latest continuity
best practices. |
