As our logo suggests, CPOCS is truly in the business of turning potentially
negative events into positive outcomes for our clients. Our team of experienced
continuity professionals does this by working with you to identify critical gaps
in your planning and preparation. Then we analyze those gaps to highlight risks
with the greatest impacts and develop alternatives and responses to address the
highest priority risks. The result is a business continuity or operational
contingency plan. We also can help you set up emergency operations centers, if
warranted, and develop the associated concepts of operation. Our job isn't done
there however. Annually, or at some other agreed to periodic interval, we'd be
happy to return to test and update your plans, concepts of operation, and
associated processes.
